  • What is Subscription box? A subscription box is a periodic, physical delivery of flower products packaged to offer additional value on top of the actual retail products contained in a box. Here, subscriber will be charged on monthly bases and no advance amount is collected before.
  • How to subscribe myself to receive flowers? To subscribe, we need basic user information along with your requirement. Below are the 4 simple steps that you need to go through:
    1. Select Flowers : Select your choice flowers
    2. Select Days : Select one or more days in a week to receive subscription products.
    3. Adjust Quantity : Press '+'/'-' to Increase/Decrease product quantity for each day with respect each days selected.
    4. User Details : Fill basic information which will help us to indentify you in future along with Delivery address.
    Once subscribed, you will receive subscription confirmation email along with subscription No.
    Delivery will start as soon as on first delivery day selected by user.
  • How to shop online? To shop on-line, you need to register some basic information like an e-mail address and phone number onto your account. After you have completed your first order, a login credential will be sent to you. Please use this to sign in on future visits to this site and place orders. Registration is free.
  • What happens if I forget my password or Login username or both? ? You just click on 'Forgot password' option and we would send you the instructions to reset your password on your registered email ID.   • What do I do if I am having difficulty placing an order? ? If you are having difficulty placing an order we would be happy to take your order over the phone.

  • What is CART? ? Like shopping carts in an on-line retail shopping, Cart helps you keep the things you want at one place, while you continue browsing or leave the site to think about it. Likewise, you can also remove or add items to your cart until you finalise your order before proceeding to payment.
  • How do I track my order? ? You can track your order for the latest information on delivery. You will see a Order History Option under Account section page. Click on View to view current status of your order.
  • Can I include a personal message with my order? ? Yes, you can include a personal message with every gift you order at Mallipoo.com. Once you have selected the product there will be a section called gift message for your personal message to the lucky recipient.

  • Do you deliver outside Bengaluru? ? Yes, we do deliver outside Bangalore. With respective to delivery address, we will include the delivery charge based on courier charge charged by leading courier service companies.
  • Can I amend or cancel my order once placed? ? To amend or cancel an order please call our customer service team on 080 - 7337 829 770.
    Please note cancellation can only be accepted if received 48 hours before the requested delivery date.
