These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Get Flowers Daily (GFD) and the services provided by it. GFD provides its services subject to the following terms, conditions, and provisions. By accessing, viewing, or using this website, www.Mallipoo.com, and the websites as mentioned in the Terms Of Use, you indicate that you understand these Terms and Conditions and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to these Terms and Conditions.

Mallipoo.com reserves the right to amend/modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Your participation as a customer in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

Your order is valuable to us. We would like you to understand and appreciate how much we care for your orders. Please go through the disclaimers and stay informed.

General Disclaimer

Mallipoo retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally, depending on the availability and also depending on the freshness on the product. If Mallipoo is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

For regular daily delivery, request must be received by GFD 1 day before before 6:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.

For order time delivery, orders must be received by GFD 2 days before 6:30 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.

You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.

Delivery may take longer due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates. Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least five days in advance.

In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

For delivery of order items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bridegroom. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host.

Payment Details

Order delivery is totally subjected to the payment credited in Mallipoo a/c. unless payment is received by us, the order will not be processed.

Online: Customer can place order on website and make the payment through PayUMoney (Payment Gateway)

Cash Collection: This facility is available in Bangalore region only.

Note: Complaints against perishable products like fresh flowers, garlands etc. need to be made within 24 hours from the time of delivery, after which we will not be able to register any complaints. Complaints against non-perishable products need to be made within 2 days from the time of delivery, after which we will not be able to register any complaints.
